5 RN per diem
2 RN> Full time case managers
3 LVN per diem and full time
3 CHHA
2 PT
2 PTA
2 experienced Medical assistant for front office duties
Chaplain Volunteer Coordinator-Hospice
5 LVN'S full time position
All RN/LVN qualified candidates, MUST have at least 1 year hospital or other acute care setting experience post graduation.
Home health/Hospice experienced preferred. Must be able to complete electronic charting.
