Leader Training Program (LTP) Lead with Security Clearance
Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Leader Training Program Lead to support NTC training and mission support services in FtIrwin, CaliforniaThe LTP Lead is an Army training SME with broad experiences in training, operations, and maintenance activitiesThe LTP Lead is accountable for the development and execution of event driven computer simulation exercised and is expected to provide training support for the LTP cadre and the rotational unit on all ABCS applicationsESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Performs duties as the Senior Brigade Coacho Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in US Army operations at the brigade combat team headquarters level (infantry or armor) with emphasis on developing sound tactical plans to support Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO)o Acts as lead facilitator assisting the BCT Commander and staff in a 7 - 8 day guided staff planning exercise designed to refine the unit's internal planning (MDMP) procedureso Provides the brigade commander and staff with doctrinally-correct and timely best practice feedback throughout this period in order to improve unit planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization skillso Work is performed primarily in a classroom environment but, on occasion, may be performed in a tactical field environmento Conducts After Action Reviews (AARs) and Hotwashes as necessaryo Provides comments on US Army and Joint doctrinal publications as directedo Coaches and mentors the Brigade Combat Team Commander, focusing on the commander's role in driving the Operations Processo Professionally develops and assigns duties to the LTP Coacheso Keeps the Program Manager informed of actions as requiredPerforms other duties and tasks as assignedo Must be able to travel alone within the continental US and foreign locationso Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceo Must possess a valid state driver's licenseo Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screeningo Must be able to work non-standard schedules based on mission requirements that include extended hours and/or weekendso Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs of Word and Power PointRequired
Experience:
o Former O6/COL IN/AR Commandero Experience in unit training evaluations and combat simulationso Experience in Scenario development and maneuver control of BDE level military field training exerciseso Experience planning and implementing Cyber and Drone capabilities
Qualifications:
